Weird reply of webform what is it please help

We have previously received the Use of representative (IMM5476) form; however, in order for us to respond to your enquiry, we would like to obtain certain clarifications.

Under section 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, representatives and clients are required to provide all the information requested on the form unless the question states if known or if applicable.

Please ensure that you :

• Provide a valid mailing address (including the country name).

We invite you to fill out the IRCC Web form to upload your new form. Upon reception of this information, it will be our pleasure to update the file within 5 to 10 business days.

Why do they ask this?

It could be that you submitted the use of representative form and it’s not readable to them so they are requesting a new one from you

Good day!
Need your help or please guide me if I should order the gcms notes through my consultancy as they are charging me extra bucks for reading or decoding the notes and they insisting that I should order through them cos if there are any ADR reuqests then they won't guide (which I feel they just want to make money or some kind of gimmick).. kindly guide if I should order the notes by my own and will it be easy to decipher by myself? My AOR 27 ,FSO _ottawa office. Thanks in advance.

That’s a rip off, it maybe challenging to order on your own since you have a consultant, you may get the message that only they are allowed to apply for your notes otherwise you would have to remove Them as representative first in order to do it yourself

Wow that’s highway robbery, if you were in Canada it would cost only $5 and the other popular sites used by many is about $25-30 CAD the amount they are charging you is just too much, the notes don’t need no decoding as its sent in English, all you do is read and if you have questions someone here could assist you with understanding, I can only imagine the arm and a leg they charged you to do your paperwork, smh these pple are exploiters, Canadian immigration system is very easy to understand once you are willing to read and make a few calls to them if you have to

He said he included a couple of supportive documents along with the LOE. So I guess thats why jt went to 24 pages.

You should order the notes yourself, your consultant is going to charge you extra for the notes and then extra for just reading it for you. So just to save that you can do it yourself. Check the sig below for the support

That was fast! I ordered on April 4th and still not received the notes! Where did you order your notes from?

It takes 30 days to get your notes, if you have not received it ask the third party to raise a complaint

Hi guys, can you please recommend a reliable vendor through whom I can ask for the GCMS notes. I was going through https://getgcmsnotesbuddy.com . These guys want me to pay before I fill up any application form, which is a little strange.

That is the case with everyone, once you make the payment you will be asked to fill up a form with all the information, after that you will receive a consent form

Best to download a calling app that allows free calls to Canada and call them
Or revoke their authorization and do it yourself, then every communications will come directly to you, but the only disadvantage of that could be that cic delays your file to do all that
