1) How Do I fill form imm5768 Q14, do I list income across the years for one job, or every job for that year,
Ex I did Job A 2016 to 2017, so I should fill in job A - 2016, and then job A 2017? or the total period for Job A?

2) If I have no co Signer, then is Q 16 I'm imm5768 to be answered?

You can do both but it is better to do year by year as per Agents

Sorry but I have question about bar code page should be put on top? I didn’t see any guide or document checklist says bar code should be on the top page of each forms. I had been applied my citizenship, my parents single, multiple entry visa and super visa many times and never put barcode page on the top just put them in the page sequences of each form. Is it new rule which I missed? I start to worried now cause I already mailed my apps. Thanks.

I agree. Some of this is crap. This will be the third PR application that I am doing with CIC and I can assure everyone that points 3/5/11/12&14 are not true.

Yes even if you have not filed you still need to give income. You can provide latest payslip

No you don't have to. Though as IRCC Agent suggested me that put in the blank form and write Not Applicable on top of the form
