what about Calling or notes?

Last I called, they can’t tell me anything since the file was transferred to London. As for notes, I think I’ll take your recommendation from the London VO thread and order the CBSA and notes together on Monday after I cross my timeline to get a better picture.

I have been a silent reader with no update after MEP on dec 25, 2018 (AOR Nov 19)..today when I logged in I found that the status changed from submitted to application updated..when I clicked on my application I found that only the background check has changed from "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." which I believe is IP2 to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." which I think is IP1..
Here is my question..Is it normal to move back from IP2 to IP1 within just 8 days of the 180 days mark?
Hope anyone can help me figure this out (especially @SithLord).. I am confused!

Oh sounds good, but did you order both gcms and Cbsa?
I would have recommended you cbsa and csis.
Anyways if you did it, wait for the notes, it will help you with the clear picture

I checked last night der was no change ...... I saw the update today morning.. .. .and this was really a surprise coz its updated on Sunday

Security generally takes 1-3 months, i wish you get the news day after on Monday. Stay positive. All the best

over the last few weeks, have been observing posts of PPRs/updates on sundays. i think it is good. probably NDVO on working indian style...relax during weekdays and work to death on weekends..

I have seen many getting ppr just a day after the file goes to ip2
My aor is 4th Nov. When I called the agent on 30th April , she said eligibility met .. .. She also said that security and criminality might have started but not updated .... .
And today my file moved to ip2 ......
Should I hope for some good news in the coming week?
