Hi, I need to know that in form IMM 5669 #10 - Address, do I need to provide all the address in the past 10 years where my parents lived including family visits/vacation to US?
In my case my parents visited so many times to my brother in US in the last 10 years. Each stay was between 5 to 6 months (but not more that 6 months). I know for sure this need to be included in question # 6 "Personal History" but not sure if the same has to be included in question # 10 as well. The CIC guide is not clear on this, all they say "Indicate the residential addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent".

Dis you get an answer to this, do we have to mention the addresses for less then 6 months, my parents visited my brother in usa and me in canada couple of times but not more then 6 months.

Also do we have to mention them in personal history in form 5669

Where is it mentioned , I guess I had read it somewhere but missed it at the end , lol !

That is only for the “handwritten info” i.e. names in native language.
For the signatures, you can use any black or blue.
People prefer blue to make sure the signatures look original but it does not matter.
For signs, blue/ black both work.

Hi Guys,
This is the first time, I'm using this forum. Could someone please assist me with one question?

I'm waiting for my husband 2017 NOA (yeah, my spouse filed the tax late). The account shows 2017 hasn't been received yet because we paper-filed it due to complexity of the taxes. I do have all the papers ready & the income requirements are met. Should I wait for the 2017 NOA or should I submit the documents explaining that we're waiting for 2017 assessment. I think, we'll get 2017 assessment in another 4 weeks.

Thank you,

Another question - Validity of Super Visa., like its valid for another 9 yrs, or you meant the Visa validity after they land in Canada?
Passport Immigration Stamping just shows the arrival date in Canada, there's nothing that shows how long the validity is..

Can I put any random date in the future? say 1 yr from now?

Apologies, if I misunderstood the above explanation but need some more info on this.

regards,
Mandie
Super visa is granted for 2 years... So, maximum 2 years from the date of landing or earlier date if planned to leave Canada at an early date...

Give your SIN and apply as late as possible (within the deadline) OR when you have your 2017 NOA, whichever is earliest.

In the address thwy provided it says CPC -PGP (Case processing centre - parents & grandparents sponsorship)
And then the actual address.
So that is enough for them to diffrenciate.

Sorry if this is a silly question but the noa has to be for 2018, 2017, and 2016? Haven't filed my tax this year
