Visitors visa for my Sister family

Hi All,
My brothers-in-law family applies visitors visa for 2 month vacation to visit my family on summer vacation. But his application got rejected with below points

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.


- he was working 8 years in Riyadh and holding India passport

- he showed 35000 CAD in his account and his kid school vacation letter and next year school fees which he paid

- he showed his rental agreement in Saudi and employment letter in Saudi

And still his application got rejected please let me know what is the reason for rejection. Should I reapply?

No he only traveled to Saudi Arabia

He has been denied because:

1. Travel History - He has none.
2. Immigration Status - He doesn't have Permanent Residency in SA
3. Purpose of Visit - Two month long summer vacation visit seems excessive when coupled with the other factors. Can he even take two months off work?
4. Employment situation - Related to being temporary in SA. If he loses his job while he's here, he cannot go back to SA

With all the new restrictions in Saudi Arabia that are targeting foreign workers, the presumption will be that he is attempting to migrate to Canada with his family. You will need to show very strong ties to India to get the visa.

Unfortunately I'd say the chance of getting a visa is quite low.

Or I still need more documents
1. I got no objection letter from his company in Saudi
2. Rental payment receipts which already paid till March 2020 in Saudi

Sorry, these don't show strong ties in any way. Think about it, if he didn't want to go back, what difference does it make that he's paid for a few things in advance? And a no-objection letter again doesn't prevent him from staying in Canada.

You can certainly reapply, but don't expect too much.

yes he has property in India and his parents are living in India.

I kept all the tie ups in India and it got approved. Thanks a lot for your advice.
