My brothers-in-law family applies visitors visa for 2 month vacation to visit my family on summer vacation. But his application got rejected with below points
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
- he was working 8 years in Riyadh and holding India passport
- he showed 35000 CAD in his account and his kid school vacation letter and next year school fees which he paid
- he showed his rental agreement in Saudi and employment letter in Saudi
And still his application got rejected please let me know what is the reason for rejection. Should I reapply?
