Sydney VO is the waiting game. I also got 2 ghost updates on 29th April, everything is passed but no PPR yet. NBPNP and AOR is 27th JAN.

When did your file moved to LVO? As IRCC agent didn't updated me on anything regarding my file progress stating that file is in LVO & we have no visibility...

I dont know that..he just said the file is in london office

Correct. Just profile/application updated, for some information. Nothing else.. maybe they are counting the remaining applications

If the Canadian immigration refund all the money even processing fees after medical cleared without any intimation what it’s means.and it’s around two months no change in application status and no email update.i came to knew about refund when I was clearing my credit bills.

Is there any update on your refund? As I know if the file processing started CIC will not refund the Fee...

It can be by calling IRCC or by raising web form.
By calling you will know all the available answers at the moment but after raising web form you will have to wait 5 working days for a reply...

Does calling and getting information help? Anything less than six months seems to have no bearing as it is still ambitious timeline for them considering the load they have. Secondly, the agents who talk over the call cannot mark or update anything in the system/file, right?
