Please I need senior’s assistance, I received ITA last week and in the process of submitting my document.

However, POF is an issue and i have the following questions.


1. Can i use funds in my accompanying spouse account as POF? if yes, what document do i have to show?

2. For a sale of property to source for POF, what document do i have to show?

3. is Pension fund an acceptable means of POF?

4. Does my POF necessarily have to be in my salary account?

1. Can i use funds in my accompanying spouse account as POF? if yes, what document do i have to show?
"Yes, you need to prove that you have an access to the money, to do so you need a document which authorizes you an immediate access. Your spouse should write a letter of authorization and get it notarized just in case. Or, your spouse may ask from the bank to provide such document"
2. For a sale of property to source for POF, what document do i have to show?
"All documents that prove your ownership to that property and documents related to the sale"
3. is Pension fund an acceptable means of POF?
"If the money is available all the time and you have a direct access to that money, yes it can be accepted"
4. Does my POF necessarily have to be in my salary account?
"Not required"

@pessacanada . Another quick one bro . I just learned that for the claim of relationship, you must share the same father/mother. Nothing less
The person I have there is a cousin. Therefore the birthday certificates don't have the same parents. Though the family name is the same. No way?

Yeah, had the same problem with my Master's degree last February

The problem is if you had done the ECA for a lower degree before, they carry over the same thing when you add a new credential evaluation. They just won't evaluate the new one alone. I even tried creating a new account with just the Master's using a different email and that too didn't work as they match your name and DOB from before.

You will have to send the documents again.

In my case, I had called them multiple times to move over the documents from the previous ECA, as I couldn't send my documents again, which they eventually did it and they ended up doing a secondary evaluation by sending the documents to the university directly. It's a lengthy process.

Today I just got eca for my PhD earned doctorate and my score will be 456 looking forward to next express entry draw

received dhl update 2/04/2019 but according to wes 6/04/2019
First update documents review 16/04/2019
Second update 6/05/2019 after email query from my side
All documents for PhD accepted
Pending marklist of degree and MBA which was already evaluated in 2015 ( guys I am waiting for ITA from 2015 onwards my initial score was 397 and I couldn't improve my ielts always lost points in writing 5 this time my self and wife got w 7 R 8 l 8.5 s 7.5 , w 6.5,r 9 ,l 8. S 7.5 , score 447 lost 5 points last Sunday 442 today received my eca and my score 456)
Emailed they replied rules changed for eca even if u have done eca prior to Dec 2018 u have to send documents again twitter reply already replied in another platform, hopes were down but it was evening 6:30 lit my lamp in front of gods picture and I just received email documents accepted ..... With in minutes another email some badge checked my account the report was there .... Guys do pray for me for next draw 456 ... 2 little angels me my wife all waiting for some thing good to hapen ....
