It generally takes 30 days, but it can sometimes extend that timeline. You can file a complain after 30 days with ATIP

165 days. Called today but same status.
Is it security checks first. Please help.

No, this refers to only client check sin the system, this does not signify anything to do with security yet.

Has anyone ordered notes after their file was transferred to local VO?
If yes...does it usually take longer for notes to be delivered if file is transferred to local VO....

It will depend on may factors. Under the Access to Information Act, section 7 states that the federal agency has to release the requested information within 30 days.

However, the timeline will differ based on the workload, and the exception under the Access to Information Act.

Most GCMS notes are released within 30-35 days, but in some cases, the notes are delayed and also refused.

Hello

Today received GCMS notes and agent marked review required on my FD. They didn't understand about my 12 Lacs INR FD and just consider only 11700 rs means 213$ only kept in saving account. Do I need to collect FD letter again and submit to them ??

With the FD, you have to have a letter from the financial institution where the FD is, which indicated that the FD can be liquidated anytime and the tdate when the FD was formed.

If you did not have that, you can send a CSE with an updated bank letter.

Hi.. Yesterday I have submitted updated bank letter with mentioned details like total amount of FD + Savings and also details like total amount in Canadian dollars. BANK official also mentioned that as on date rate of CAD.

As per your suggestion I have also kept note like this amount is liquidate and any time can get as and when required. Hope this suffices to them.

Hi...I ordered GCMS on 2 April and received on 7 May.

was your fd joint with someone? if yes did you attach a gift deed and LOE

Nope my account is not joint with anyone. Yes in my account I have applied FD for 12 Lacs rs and in saving 11500 Ra so they considered only 11500 Rs. Fortunately yesterday I have submitted revised bank letter mentioning all FD + Savings with sum amount and can liquidate anytime. I hope they will consider this letter

Hi..@legal falcon , my agent submitted CSE yesterday with updated bank letter. How can I get the details like he has submitted my CSE. Presently my application is processing at New Delhi visa office and I also heard that candidate dont get acknowledgement mail from them. Is it true ??
