That’s fine. If reference letter doesnt include annual compensation, you should provide salary slips (any three of every year) and bank statement reflecting the salary credited to your account. Please see below list of documents you should submit in order:

1. Reference Letter (Jobs & Duties)
2. Experience Letter
3. Appointment Letter
4. Year 1 - Salary Slips (any three)
5. Year 1 - Account Statement (showing above three salary credited)
6. Year 1 - Promotion Letter (if any)
7. Year 2 - Salary Slips (any three)
5. Year 2 - Account Statement (showing above three salary credited)
6. Year 2 - Promotion Letter (if any)
7. Follow Steps 4,5,6 if Year 3 or more
8. Form 16s and ITRs

Please, what are the 2-Experience letter and 3-Appointment letter? Could you explain me? Regards.

And is the experience letter compulsory for all or just for people like him who have similar issues?
If you have a reference letter with all required details as per CIC regulation, then you don't need them but just in case have them with you.

Attach Experience Letter in the case of previous company you have left

Appointment Letter - This one you get when you join the company (applicable for current and old employers), attach that too.

Oh I see. As mentioned previousely, I was getting salary in cash mode for the first year, so unable to show any account statement regarding that. However, for the 2nd year, there won't be any issue in showing the account statement.

Besides, does the experience letter needs to be separately issued? Or the reference letter alone would suffice?

Yes, as @13nitinsharma said, it has to be submitted during the PPR process. So, get 2-3 or more photographs stamped by the studio along with the date of the photograph taken and name of the applicant as well. Not sure about the DOB!!
For the current company, you only submit reference letter. Experience letter is only applicable if you’re claiming points for previous employers (the letter which get when you leave the organisation). Hope this clarify your doubt.

Hey Guys - I am bit new year and have started the journey with all of you. Could anyone let me know how the draws happen for the provinces? I am interested in the OINP - any guesses when it is likely to happen again? Is there any quota that OINP has under Human Capital Stream?

If you get any adr related to pcc, CIC will give 30 days to complete the request.
Thats correct. So if you have PCC ready in advance then its just a matter of few minutes to upload the requested doc. It’s better to avoid in delaying your application and submit ADR PCC doc then & there. Otherwise, a person will be behind 30 days in arranging & submitting the requested PCC.

There is always no harm in following proactive approach because at the end, everyone wants to get through with the smooth process and get their PR with no delay :)

Nobody can predict province draws here. For this, you've to regularly check province websites to get updates on current and previous draws. As you're interested in OINP, so you should check this link for program updates: https://www.ontario.ca/page/2019-ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-updates

The annual admissions quota of Ontario is to nominate 6,900 immigration candidates for Canadian permanent residence through its immigrant nominee program in 2019.

HI Guys,

Since the cut off doesn't seem to drop and given the CICs unpredictable nature, wanted to know how 447-449 people are planning to go about this.

HI Guys,

Since the cut off doesn't seem to drop and given the CICs unpredictable nature, wanted to know how 447-449 people are planning to go about this.
My modus operandi is going to be patience. That's all we have in our hands.
