Question-3: what is B. Previous undertakings?
1. I think YES. But not sure. Someone in this forum might assure you that.PLEASE HELP!!
My Mom sent me her papers already but my sister's Birth certificate is in Punjabi and she only sent the original translated & notarized copy of BC but didn’t sent my sister’s birth certificate photocopy that is notarized.
My questions are-
1 Do I need to get Punjabi(Non - English) BC photocopy Notarized?
2 If Yes to the above question, Can my Mom scan it from india and I print it and use it or does CIC need original photocopy of BC that is notarized?
Could you PLEASE HELP ME ASAP as I have to tell my Mom to do accordingly and it takes time to get speed post.
Thanks a lot in advance
If you have sponsored anyone before. For example your spouse.Question-3: what is B. Previous undertakings?
Yes. That's correct. You need to get the signature on the same form that you are going to send it to IRCC. So, best way is to use courier even if it costs much.Anyone know if I can send scanned copies of the signature pages for the forms?
I talked to someone from CIC call centre and they said I need the original pages with the signatures
Nope. I sign in my mother tongue. My Canadian license, band documents, everything is in my mother tongue signature. Also my Mother signature is in local indian language. Do we need translation document for signature
I have the exact same question in mind.....can anybody please help.I am not sure about gross income, benefits for the period question in imm5768 form.
How am I supposed to type employment periods and incomes if my employment falls into another tax year? Also with the current employment( I have T4/NOA from 2018, but I am also still employed here and I can also write income to date from paystub, so basically two gross incomes for one period on the paper,)
Let's say I have employment from Aug 2017 to Aug 2018. Am I supposed to calculate income of 2017 (5 months) and income of 2018 (8 months) for that same employer and add it as a total gross income/benefits for the period?
Or I should copy paste dates/employer info in a new field and type income from previous year, then they can calculate/check NOA?
Application guide doesn't explain quite well.
Well you can post your timeline when they already received it thoughThe intention was to help the admin, nothing else. So, the admin can insert the data once not twice. Also there is no such column called "Will Receive". By the way the application was received by Ottawa office this Morning.
1. Everyone has different answers to it. There's no one signle answer. You decide which one makes more sense and write it. In one of the tweets, IRCC said1) IMM 5768- Financial Evaluation, Question #14 - employment history for the last THREE taxation years (2016, 2017 and 2018) when filling out the form it states From to Present, I do have my T4 for 2018 should I just include that OR should I include up to my last paystub (2019) ?
2) IMM 5768- Financial Evaluation, Question #14- Family size- I am the sole sponsor (single) of my grandma, do I state 1 (myself) or (2 my grandma and myself).
No problem.Sorry for typo mistake. You are correct 2019 to PRESENT.
Thank you for sharing it.I started contacting the number at 8 AM EST today. Kept trying for like 20 times and finally got an agent at 9 AM.
You will need to validate the form as its mentioned in the checklist. Put the 1900/01/01. Then you can do what am I am planning to do.
I did the second option - spread tham as year wise --- like I spread them as year wise ---I have the exact same question in mind.....can anybody please help.
Thanks Andy.Birth certificate by you (the sponsor).
Better to report your income year-wise.I am not sure about gross income, benefits for the period question in imm5768 form.
