Did you got your endorsement extension and applied for PR or no. Why was your file returned two times what were the missing docs

My case is really complex now but in my case the employer did not extend my endorsement and I was issued with dismissal as according to the employer I applied too late for PR and that is why I was rejected despite the letter from IRCC is clearly asking for additional docs and for the rationale if I can't provide it. Not mention that the employer found someone local so......
The docs that were missing were not major but I sent copies of the IELTS test (as per check list) but they actually want originals (that was my case). Another thing was that I sent translation of my birth cert and they want original copy in my mother language. hope that make sense

As per my knowledge If on your endorsement confirmation the type is intermediate skill then you will need to show C-NOC 1 year experience in work reference letter in the last 3 years. But if comes under high skill NOC-B then you have to fulfil the conditions of atlantic high skill program.
For example i think in this forum i read a person was offered housekeeping supervisor job but his old experience was of a housekeeper . So a mismatch in the NOC duties led to PR refusal on federal level.

I will be endorsed for Intermediate Skill Program since the job offer is for NOC C.
My work experience is Customer Service Supervisor but the job offer is for Customer Service Agent.
Anyone who successfully got a PR with similar situation?

If employer is not supporting your endorsement extension you may try to contact province to find the alternative and get a new job offer and endorsement. If you send the PR application with old invalid endorsement it will be returned. This program has success rate of 65-70 percent, the thing that happened to you has happened to many people.

I myself am a software engineer got my PR file rejected two times in Express Entry. I am working since september 2018 as a sous chef to get benefit of this program. I am getting my recent 1 year experience in the job offered. Otherwise my previous company was willing to give me reference letter that i was working as a chef in their catering department. But we can’t take risk with IRCC. They have mysterious ways to find out what people are upto. I thing the best person to give you advise will be @scylla

Hello Guys,
Here is my timeline under aipp:

End of october 2018- submitted documents required for endorsement to company. They sent it to the gov of nova scotia they dont send a receipt of application.
Jan29 2019- i got my endorsement with work permit referral letter.
Feb12 2019- submitted my application for workpermit and open work permit for my husband in abudhabi immig through vfs.
May2 2019- canada immig Emailed us a receipt of our biometrics.
I hope this gives you guys a little info hope and patience because it really did help me when i read ur timeline as well.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your timeline. I have also applied for my AIPP TWP from Abu Dhabi and SOWP for my husband. Have you got any update on your WP application? When did CIO Sydney receive your PR application package and after how long did you receive your AOR? Please share your timeline more specifically as that will definitely help me alleviate my anxiety of waiting. I'm following close behind you in my WP and PR applications. I'm yet to receive my AOR for my PR application.

No, I did not. From my check list it was not included. But from 1st May, 2019 there are new changes that have been introduced. Like ECA, IELTS and WORK REFERENCE is now a must for the applicant to be included in his or her application while applying for TWP.

Oh thanks very much for your swift reply. Did you apply for your PR simultaneously with your TWP? If so, did your employer sign and send the OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT FORM via courier for you to apply for your PR or a scanned copy is adequate.?

No, I did not apply both simultaneously.
For the OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT FORM, my employer sent the form to me, I filled were applicable to the employee signed and sent back for them to fill their own part sign and sent back to me through mail.
