We got the email notification of receipt and when we check the number online it says decision made under sponsor already and PR in process. I’m wondering if that means sponsor is already good and we’ve got more mail or emails coming?

I downloaded the IMM 5533 on May 1st 2019, and it was indicating the form was last updated in Feb 2019. But today, when I revisited, it shows April 2019. If you actually download the form, you should see the form number (IMM 5533 04-2019). To be on safe side, I compared both pdf's today and do not see any differences.

Getting tired of these random updates to the forms. My anxiety levels are high AF. I sent my application on April 8th with the old forms (checklist that didn't ask for translated chats and physical sign on IMM 5669). Now I keep checking the spreadsheet and this forum every day for any details. I am just getting these new forms prepped, so that I can send it back ASAP, if returned.

The changes I know are to the below forms:
-IMM0008 (updated Feb 2019)
-IMM5533 (Updated April 2019)
-IMM5532 (Updated Feb 2019)
-IMM5669 (Form is the same, but they require a hand signature next to the name)

You are right but as far as I know if you look thoroughly you might see a slight changes on the updated forms, all they want to see is that you have the latest updated forms submitted either there are changes or not

The only change is addition of below text in bold on page-2:

i made the same 2 mistakes i sent mine in april 10 as well n was recevied april 15th but i chked the checklist n it says abt the hand signature even on the feb checklist n mid march they updated checklist again with the translations thing ...so we jst gotta wait 2 or 3 more weeks to find out if we get AOR or if its gona return back ...i did send them updated schedule A n certified translations through webform using the receipt no as some one here had done the same in the past but its a hit or miss depends on the visa officer

IMM5669 - It's always been like that, nothing changed there. You always had to PRINT NAME and signed or if you use a computer, you need to PRINT YOUR NAME ELECTRONICALLY, print the form and make sure you sign beside the name.
