My app was received on April 8 and PA is from India.I saw on tracker today 2 people got AOR and one got SA as well. Anybody else got AOR or SA?

IMM5669 - It's always been like that, nothing changed there. You always had to PRINT NAME and signed or if you use a computer, you need to PRINT YOUR NAME ELECTRONICALLY, print the form and make sure you sign beside the name.

I wish they had given a checkbox in the checklist if this was the case. There was no mention of a signature and I think it was clear in the form instructions that an Electronic Signature would be sufficient for this form. They specifically mentioned in bold in the new checklist which changed end of Feb 2019.

Here's the instructions from the guide:

If you are submitting this form electronically:

You must fill out the form on your computer, validate it, and save it to be able to submit it electronically. You will not be able to upload a form that has been printed and scanned, even if it has been validated.
In the signature section, type your name and select the date using the date selection tool.
When you submit your Schedule A electronically through your online account, you will complete an electronic signature when you upload the document.
At that time, you will certify that the information provided is true, complete and correct.
You do not need to print a copy of the form or sign a paper copy.

If you are submitting this form in paper format by mail:

You can fill out the form on your computer (recommended) or fill it out by hand.
If you are filling it out on the computer: In the signature section, type your name and select the date using the date selection tool. Then, print out the form and sign in writing (provide your original handwritten signature) next to your name in the signature box. Application Sent on April 1st 2019 and received as per Canada Post Tracking on April 8, 2019. Still waiting for AOR. Sponsor is Canadian by birth living in Vancouver with Common-Law partner applying for OUTLAND. Common-Law partner currently holds a student visa until 2021.

AOR email would contain application number and the UCI and the date when they received your application.

I received one email. That contains UCI, Application number and Biometric request. That’s means I got my AOR1 and Biometric together.

After Getting AOR1 and Biometric, Can they return application for incomplete documents?

I think they will not return your whole application but they might request additional documents.

yeah , its aor plus biometrics .congrats ...yeah chances of returning are less i think, they might ask additional documents if needed.
