We can say in the same. But I start from 17 December 2018 And they give me. I got my number profile in 20 February and 21 February I did pay for Fingerprints and in 22 February I did Medical Examination 28 February they sent message they sent my profile to Paris. From this time no any news.

I am in the same boat. I applied on Oct, 9th 2018 but my timeline is similar to yours. After the biometrics and the medical exam, our application was sent to Patis on February 22nd. Since then, absolutely no news! Please let me know if you hear anything. I called CIC call center, they told me that they don't have access to our application if it was sent to a visa office outside Canada

I was hoping my husband would be in Canada before 2020 LOL it we were married October 28th, 2018 and I was hoping he would be here for our anniversary. Very hard. Painful really. I'm planning a trip to see my husband for 3 weeks and I can't help but think about the pain of leaving him after for God knows how long after. It's a terrible feeling. But yes, inshallah we won't have to go through the pain of absence for much longer! Before this month ends hopefully we hear something!! x

There is an office visa in Tunisia. I am not sure why it is sent to Paris. Maybe not all applications are sent there.

Tunisia visa office does not process immigration applications. They only issue visas.
