Hello,

So finally after 9 months, I got an update on my PR application yesterday. They have asked me to fill up an new schedule A form with original signature. My only concern is that if I missed anything first time, do I add it now or it will be counted as an misrepresentation? Also, if it was an genuine mistake how does it affect my application? And does this request mean that I am near to getting PR anytime soon??

Sch A overrides previous information. They send it to see if applicant has missed something previously by mistake or deliberate he must not miss that second time.

Be careful in answering all the questions, if u got rejected for visa, or involved in any crime or any other thing for which u mentioned No but in actual u shud have mentioned yes mention that with all honesty otherwise u can be charged for misrep

Thanks, the only thing I think I have missed is the part time job that I did while in school, apart from that I don’t have any refusals or any convictions. So is it okay to enter all the details that I missed in my initial application??

Hello
I have received an email 10 months after my interview , it has 2 attachment , one is Schedule A form but another one is an image that contains nothing.
1- how should I send it to embassy of canada? Can i send it by email after filling out and validation ? Or i should print and sign it and attach its scan to email?
2- wich documents usually the embassy request with Schedule A form?
3- is it necessary to fill it out for every person that is 18 or just main applicant is enough?

Thank u

Hey,

Schedule A is a background details form so you don’t need any documents unless they asked you to send anything. You have to go through your online account that you must have created when you applied. You can send your schedule A form through there. You have to fill out for all the dependants of 18 years or older. Make sure not to leave any gaps in the timeline when you fill up the form. If there is anything that you want to explain in detail, you can add an letter of explanation with the form.

@Runish , @mo_borhani ,

Hope you all become PR's by now. I'm in similar situation.

How long did it take to get Security stage passed after ADR IMM5669 acknowledged or changed to NA under MyCIC account?

Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you!!!
