Me too. Seems like the officer dealing with the April 10 cases fell off the planet. 4 or five ppl after April 10 got SA on whatsapp chat today. I know it’s coming but ...

March 19th. I got confirmation it arrived and a signature. I called IRCC yesterday and they said no file is updated for us on to the ECAS yet... I just have to wait. Each application is unique and there are so many factors, so I am trying to not worry myself and just have hope .

My sister-in-law's file was sent on February 26 and we are still waiting for AOR. I hope both files are not stuck with an officer on vacation.

Ya I just checked they r on the tracker. On the phone service mine is still saying back ground check in process

Eligibility in progress is good, tht means ur going to get SA this week. My husband needed 2 background checks an FBI check from the US and one from Trinidad and it expires in July so I guess they tried to do it fast which I appreciate. Mine says background check still in progress.

I have a representative so I can’t login to gckey. I’m using the automated phone service 1.888.242.2100. It gives me update info better than ecas. So on the message it reads out everything ... we received your app on March 11. We haven’t started processing your eligibility. You do not need finger prints etc...

Ok so it’s says it’s only for inland app. After giving your application number and pa date of birth you can press 1 and it will list your progress even though your an Outland app. Also the service has to be called from in Canada.

I believe it means ur application is in progress but they will update you when they are actually reviewing your eligibility. So it’s not being reviewed yet.

And you had said, your background check is being processed so that’s what going on right now.

i am April 11, still waiting, no news .. its frustrating to wait.. maybe the officer handling April 10th / April 11th is on holiday ... thats what I think. are we to start contacting the MP ,,, who knows? anyone with fantastic ideas?
the 12 months duration is frustrating, can someone please send a message to the Minister of immigration to speed up family class processes to maximun 3 months.
