If you are sending just one signature page, then no one can do any thing. If you are sending whole file than some one may unvalidate and make changes. But it will be finally in your hand before submitting to check every thing in order.

Can we send just the signature page?
By printing and scanning it back?
Wont it differ from the whole application?
Will look like a copy?

IMM 5669 Background/Declaration. At the very bottom, Do we just need to type applicant's name in signature box or also hand signature required too. Because when we put applicant name then only it can be validated. My question is do we still need to hand sign in front of applicant name or just name is ok. Anyone

Yea we still need the handwritten signature.
That’s a must for that form.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I saw that. It doesn’t mention a signature. I got all the details that are required, and they can be handwritten on. No stamp required either. Basically anyone can write the details on (making sure they are correct of course!) and it will work.

Just wanted to ask if what did you put for employment history under gross income for year 2019-01-01 to present. I couldn't put NA, it only accepts numerical. Or should I put my gross income from 01-01-2019 to today's date or just leave it blank? Thank you!

also remember the EI income wont be included when they evaluate you for income requirements whenever that happens

parental leave is OK. The EI from that can be included.

If your mother lived with you in Canada for more than 6 months
then you can give the answer in question number 12.
If not , then you dont have to worry about her last visit.

ALL MUST PAY ATTENTION ----HOW TO VALIDATE FORM IMM5669.

I am filling on my parents behalf and if i write parents name in signature then it validates or else does not validate.

DO WE REQUIRE WET SIGN ON THIS FORM OR JUST TYPING NAME IS OK.

I suggested BOTH. I did that for my MIL for her 2018 application.

The certificate card only shows year and month, but not on which day. any other ways to find out?

you cannot find out unless you request a search on your citizenship record... I do not want to do it that way.
So I put 1st of that month and year and include a letter to explain why I do not know the exact date. (I was a minor and my mom misplaced the invite to citizenship oath for the family. No one in my family remember the exact date cos it's been years since)

Hi guys

I am going to send forma to my parents by email. But it will be sent to a shop they know.
The guy will print the docs and give it to them.
I was wondering if accidently that person hits herw and there in the form and validate it without noticing.
But i’ll have the original validates with me here, i’ll just ask parents to return the last pages “signed ones” by courier.
Will it create some issue if the forms are changeg later and validated by mistake
But the printed/going with the applications are the original?
Please advise

Do not send the actual form. Print the form into .pdf and send the .pdf out instead. Only send the form after they are validated and do not change them after it's signed.

Thanks for replying. However, Line 150 of my 2017 NOA is sum of all my incomes + EI collected during the period of unemployment.

This is kind of confusing to me.

subtract your EI income from line 150 (unless it's parental or maternity leave EI). It's very clear in the guide.

It does generate barcodes. IRCC Updated the forms in NOV 2018
Please use correct forms

I am using the updates form. There is no mention of barcode for this form even in the guide.

I don't understand your question. They won't be until they become PR.
