Can someone help me as to what is happening and why is there so much disparity in all the 3 replies?

By review they mean the initial review or it's gone to the never ending review required stage?Second thing.. rely much on cpc ottowa mail as it’s your main office.. means your eligibility is met and your file is in queue to be reviewed by visa officer.. so I would suggest you to wait dear.. hope you get PPR asap.. It’s the final review.. which is done by senior officer.. you have cleared the eligibility.. don’t worry about that just a final review from visa officer and then PPR..By review they mean the initial review or it's gone to the never ending review required stage?
Initial review is already done as eligibility is met..By review they mean the initial review or it's gone to the never ending review required stage?
