The agent told me about the VO Vancouver wait time for landing interview. Also few folks I know have received their landing interview letters in that time frame.

Hello, My first application too was cancelled for the same reason. Even after raising a CSE they did not re-open the case. They are very particular about PCC's. BTW, I ended up creating a new EE profile.

Congratulations. I thought Inland applicants (PNP and CEC) always receive Landing Interviews and not PPR's. May be my understanding is wrong and it is case-by-case basis. Is that right?
