Hey guys ,
I really need your help! !!!!
I am pnp, my AOR was sep 2018, I provided additional documents on oct (ielts for my wife as a second applicant) and we did mistake and put the academic ielts instead of general and after 7 month the additional documents is still under review,
I have already ordered note but after 41 days I haven't received yet, I sent an email and call a couple of times and agents said everything is OK and in order and your eligibility is still under review,
So my question is how we could know if we refuse? Because we made a mistake, I will really thankful if someone can help.
Hello,Do not be worry, if you were supposed to be refused you were ar the dirst 90 daysmaximum. As they review your provided documents before assigning an office.
Can you give me more info, what was the ADR? Was the mistake in the ADR or the ADR was for the correcting the mistake? Have you previously applied for GCMS notes? How do you know that you are RR? Put your timeline in your signature. From your description, I get the impression that you did mistake in the ADR.
Even though I agree with @canadalover2018 that most rejections happen early in the applications, I have to warn you that your case might get complicated.
if you don't have the proper language, it is possible that they recalculate your points without the language and then you fall below the cut-off, hence rejection.
What I recommend you is that if you don't want to leave the decision to chance, take another English test (the correct one). Make sure the points is the same or even better than the other one so that if they recalculate your points, you don't fall below the cut-off. And then submit that English result through a CSE. This is the safest option that you have.
Edit: After seeing other posts, I realized that you may not have problem with points to be above the cut-off, but you may end up in trouble as you don't have the minimum requirement. I still recommend you to take the exam one more time and re-submit the doc. However, you don't have to have a very good results as you already have enough points. As long as you are above the minimum requirement, that is enough.
