Hello Everyone, I just want to share my experience so far:
Sent original application to Sydney on July 11th 2108
Received and signed on July 16th 2108
After that ,we waited for months and months and never got anything so I decided to write them through the webform back in December, they replied telling me they had returned the application in November 5th 2018, and since they use normal post there's no way to track it down.Here the fun starts. My husband had a P.O BOX but he closed because he left BC and he came to see me in Colombia so we called Canada Post and explain the situation to what they respond that if they don't find the address, all packages are returned to sender so we called again immigration and they said they didn't have it and there was no way of tracking it so we needed to send a whole new application. We started putting everything together again and my husband was going to take the package with him to Canada. Before he traveled we decided to call Immigration again and oh surprise they had the package with them! Apparently the package was sent back and forth 3 times! So the agent told us she was going to check our case and 3 days later I got an email asking for additional document. So after all that stress my timeline is as follows:

Application received ( they decided not to return it again and apply the last date they received the same package) : March 7th
Additional documents request: April 5th
Biometric Fees Request: April 9th

I send the receipt through webform on April 16th and got and email from immigration last Thursday telling me that my information didn't match the one they had so I had to send it again. I hope they receive and send the document in time to the Intake office since I have a 30 day deadline from the moment they send me the request, meaning I need Sydney office to get that receipt by May 9th. Fingers crossed.
Also, We haven't received the SA yet but my husband called immigration office a few days ago and they told him that he has been accepted as a sponsor and that we should be getting the letter soon. I'm waiting impatiently for that letter.

Speechless yet That is so sad ... I am sorry to hear this and I hope the whole application doesn’t take longer for u this time ...cuz it’s hard to stay away from ur loved ones .and the prblem u face without them without any support that kills

I started working in Canada in Jan 2018, so I did have just about a full year for the tax return. I included everything I needed to confirm my employment, but as I said I think they might just be confused as to where I work right now.

I started working since 2016 June and went backhome to get married and stayed there for 5 months after my wedding and I came back started work in the same office so does it mean they would be happy to get my three years tax return which is going to be helpful for my application? Just curious...!

I bet they will be super satisfied ..I was pregnant and left my job and went to be with my husband for 4months of my pregnancy. When I came bk to Canada in Aug 2018. My job asked me to come bk and work on call. My Representative told me just to get a job letter and send in my 2017 tax return. And if I wasn’t working I had to send 3 months of bank statements.

I never got SA, BR anything after AOR.. its almost 56 days for me. Praying that everyone over here can meet their loved ones.. i am going to visit my wife in December and attend the wedding of my brother in law.. i am very sad as sometimes even all true genuine things don't help and I am suffering unnecessary . I do a Government job with decent salary and never sponsored anyone or being sponsored.. this is ridiculous. Anyway I don’t mind leaving Canada as what is important to me is family..i want to stay in a land where I can stay with my family

I really want to just leave my job and go live with my husband while we wait but then I would hate for him to come here and have to start over while there is no steady income. I really don't want to regret not spending time with my loved one though. I'm trying to tell myself almost only 10 more months to go.

How do I know whether I sponsored my wife for her PR back in 2014? I applied for PR under under Provincial Nominee Program in 2013 before I got married. I got married while my PR application was being processed. Then I added my wife to my PR application in 2014. Does this mean I sponsored my wife? Is there any way to know from any documents such as COPR (conformation of permanent residence)?
I am asking this question because I need to answer the following question in form IMM5768e for my parents' PR application?
Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor?

I have given them three years of tax return.still they didn’t let me know the result of sponsorship. I have included letter from Human resource and from my boss too.. they are not telling lies.. and also the tax return..
now i never in my 11 yrs here never sponsored anyone or took any government money or default of any court order

I can absolutely hear you.. i have assets here and i have to leave everything and may never come back again . Although my case is 100 percent genuine. Gave them tons of supporting evidences. As per the checklist i have provided documents with individual cover letter so its easily understandable. My wife has my name in Id card, passport and also she changed her last name and we provided affidavit of name change after marriage.i have included her in health insurance which comes through job benefits and also provided her information in the tax too. As they have did the tax assessment including my wife’s income in foreign country based on last year. My office colleague sent me mail congratulating my marriage in mail which i have included. Also they celebrated my wedding here in office and gave me gift card and greetings card.. i have attached them too.. being a government employee why on earth i will update my wife information everywhere if this is not a legit marriage.. also i have provided few hundred pics of wedding reception outings and few hundred page if communications. All marriage documents are notarized and happened as per the requirements of the country where marriage took place and full fill the criteria of CIC too

Can you please help me with this question:

I have received the Parents and Grandparents Program Invitation yesterday. My question is

If I put the application to sponsor my parents, will I be able to sponsor my spouse this year as well?

I was filling the form "Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344)" under Sponsor eligibility assessment

It says, "If you answer “Yes” to any question between 5 and 15

• You are not eligible to be a sponsor. You should not submit an application.

Question 6:

Have you Submitted a previous application in respect of which a final decision has not been made for the person being sponsored and their family members?

Huh ... I keep giving hopes to myself lol but anyways every case is unique and u just have to wait there are people who wait more than one year for the whole application to finish . I don’t wanna regret later of not waiting at least an year .

I am waiting for the whole process to be over.. only thing bothers the uncertainty and no update stage to stage.. we would like to see updates in every stage after a certain period of time. Anyway I am praying that all of us get positive result abd bring their loved ones and stay together happily

I'm really not sure what to tell you, I included my tax return for 2018 and a letter from my boss confirming my employment with my application. I have no clue why they're asking for paystubs from me.
