We landed on Feb 16 , we all have our PR cards for sometime now but wife'S PR card is still not here ... I contacted them using the web form and this is the response I got
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

If you applied for a Permanent Resident card (PR card), or if you are waiting to receive your initial PR card, and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, we invite you to:

  • Send two photos according to the photo specifications, and
  • Include:
    • if available, the letter/email received to that effect, or
    • an explanation letter (including your complete name, date of birth and UCI)."
it doesn't say here they need photos , it says what to do if they need photos ... This respond wasn't very helpful so I am hoping any of you have any insight into this or have been through this ... It has been more than two months waiting for the PR and CIC says that now the average processing time is 30 days so I am wondering if I should be concerned at this point ... Did any of you wait much longer and still got your PR ? What is the longest anyone waited for a PR

Similar case here. My spouse and I received our PR cards couple of weeks back but yet to receive our daughter's PR cards. I contacted them and they confirmed that our daughter's card has been mailed but I didn't receive it yet :( They asked to wait for 6 weeks before contacting them again.

Landed on Friday, and linked the application in GCkey. It says submitted. Wanna book flights home for June, but honestly have no idea how long it might take for the card to arrive so I need to wait.

What is the average processing time now from landing to receiving the card?

Cheers

Hello! We landed 2 weeks ago, I try to see the process on the website but I can’t login with any documents. Is this normal?

And my husband receive an email from CIC, to take new picture, in the email it does not mention me... this means my pictures were okay?
