Outland but i moved to canada 7 months ago and updated my address so maybe im considered as inland

Just got an email from CIC to submit updated Schedule A (IMM5669) and updated Additional Family Information (IMM5406). AR - April 30, 2018. AOR July 17, 2018. No MR yet.

Got Pre-Arrival email. Does this mean anything on my application? No MR still. Thanks.

Yes, I got mr and rprf in 17th month.

I got RPRF request with my medical and police clearance request on April 3,2019.
Does RPRF request mean anything? I mean like eligibility passed or something like that?
Been given 1 month to pay the fees. Said must be paid by May 3, 2019

Can you please paste message of rprf letter here by hiding your uci and application no. Etc. please ,paste especially the section where they asked you to submit pcc. Was it mentioned along with rprf on 1st one page ?or it was on second one page ?
