Hi! Can someone guide if calling IRCC frequently harm the profile?
Is calling Thrice a month good idea!!!!??
I know someone who called them everyday for 2 weeks. She still got her PPR within 6 months. The only thing that affected her was agents being rude.

Anyone who has sent their passport using VFS: Does the visa office send the passport back to VFS office, or your saved address?

Calling doesn’t have harmful effects on your application but calling them thrice or twice a month is a complete no no. When you call agents, they have dates in front of them when you made calls previously. If they come to know that you call twice or thrice a month they won’t check your application at all and will hang your phone with a rude reply. Why to face such consequences.

Anyone on this forum who couldn't submit the reference letter for current/previous employers, submitted the affidavit and got the ppr?

I did not sent transcripts either. Just my 2 certificates.

It's strange they asked WES ECA copy and not IELTS copy
Anyways, I sent IQAS ECA copy too. So now they have two different ECA report with exactly same evaluation lol :D:D:D:D
Well, at least they won't have any doubt if you really have the certification :D:cool:

Any CEC applicant received PPR today?

Had to double check after this and turns out I didn't send ECA. I just put the two diplomas and two transcripts in one file.

They don't actually ask you to upload neither the ECA report nor the IELTS result, so technically they can’t reject you (at least fairly) for that. They only ask you to type the serial numbers of both documents. Although I did upload scans of both documents when I sent my application, just in case they need to see them or a typing mistake from my side, I guess there’s no harm in uploading them in advance anyway.

congratulations sithlord. Your profile has made progress.

Have the average processing times gone up in general? Haven't followed this thread of late since my profile is in montreal and it is useless to consider my AOR date as too relevant in montreal, but are most nov folks still stuck in processing? What's the PPR rate if one were to take a guess for Nov folks? Would 50% have gotten PPR by now from Nov?

I think only 20% have got PPR now.

Yes, the processing times has increased now. At the moment, it looks like they're picking up files around 160-190 days.

Now, Montreal VO is a different story, I think average processing time there is around 7-9 months.

This is why I don't understand why they asked ADR for WES ECA.

Oh well, will have to wait and see for another day or two for news :)
