Yes exactly, it is the one I claimed 50 points for. My crs is 447 and without this 50 I will never get an ITA again. Is it the same contract you claimed 50 points for to get an ITA? Or what contract u r talking about ?

Well I had a friend of mine who made his company write in the contract that it's valid for one year after the visa is issued, so he saved himself the trouble and got the PR. But I mean technically you should be ok if u worked for this same company for at least a year ( lmia exempt)Yes exactly, it is the one I claimed 50 points for. And I am still not sure yet if it will for sure work. I mean I believe it is tricky what's mentioned on the website. But I am like 70% sure you should be ok. But better check an advise from an immigration consultant better to be safe than sorryYes exactly, it is the one I claimed 50 points for. My concern is not the work experience. It is the job offer, which CIC needs it to be valid for a year on the time of making the PR decision. The problem with my employer is that it is a University and they have a standard contract and can not add the phrase similar to your friend's case.Well I had a friend of mine who made his company write in the contract that it's valid for one year after the visa is issued, so he saved himself the trouble and got the PR. Really? OMG! Did you request GCMS notes? Did you call?Mine is also showing 59 days to go.
But my background verification is not yet started!
I know right?! I can`t sleep properly, i am constantly checking my email and the CIC website, is "my favorite" topic in all conversations, i am driving my friend crazy......omg! I am obsessed! lolol51 days for me.... I feel the pain of waiting too
OMG! I think i will request my GCMS notes, i was going to wait until i was 30 days from the 6 months....but you guys are scaring me!I have only 19 days to go.. there has been no update to my application for the last 4 months.. in GCMS, eligibility says Recommend Passed and security not started..
I ordered notes and they are 19 days overdue, so I decided to call to get an update, and all they told me was one of my background checks is started but not completed the other hasn't been started and once they are done then eligibility will be finalized, this confused me even more as to where my application is at, with 51 days left.OMG!
