• CoPR
• IELTS score card
• Fees receipt

If possible, just carry your provincial health card... CoPR and Fees receipt is not a must to carry as they did not ask anything more than Passport, PR card, Driver's license, English language proof and Health card from me. (Calgary office)

Don't worry - Original IELTS is not required. I took a copy of mine from 2012 & they gladly accepted it..

Please help correct my exams date to 4/23/2019 (not 4/24/2019 - apologies). Took it with my spouse yesterday (Scarborough) and passed!!! This morning I checked status online and now Decision Made. So fast!

Dear forum members,

I would really appreciate if you could share your experience regarding my below question.
For citizenship application CIC requires photocopy of two pieces of kids ID, one of them must have photo along with application. My kid is 11 years old. If I send them a photocopy of his passport (given outside of Canada, in our home country) and Care card will it work.
I have read in CIC website School report also works, but my kid's school doesn't provide any report with photo, date of birth and name on it.
Could you please advise me what kind of two ID did you attach to your application for your kids and has CIC accepted them?

I had requested GCMS notes on Mar 13, 2019 and got them today. None of the assessments have started but for criminality.

GCMS notes summary: Most of records created on 2019/01/21 (date of AOR)
Knowledge: Not Started (due date 2020/01/16)
Residence: Not Started (due date 2020/01/16)
Language: Not Started (due date 2020/01/16)
Prohibition: Not Started (due date 2020/01/16)
Criminality: Passed on 2019/01/24 NRT (no reportable trace) (due date 2019/04/06)

File Updates:
2019/02/15: In Transit from CPC Sydney (Transfer reason - Eligibility)
2019/02/20: Received at Scarborough
Scarborough Citizenship Operations added as Secondary Office
CPC Sydney Removed as Secondary Office
2019/03/12: Note by CIC staff: 'I have manually updated the status to NRT (No reportable Trace) as a GCMS Glitch prevented the clearance from passing in the system as per information from partners

No surprises to find glitches with the GCMS system. It may explain inconsistent processing times within the same office (Scarborough)

I can share my experience here & hope that helps you with your application.

With reference to my family application, I had attached my child's passport, school report with copy of school id card that had photo with enrollment number...This worked for my child!! CIC accepted them and we are just awaiting oath dates...
