I think that ECAS status is auto-update based on the application's current stage and other factors. PPR is a manual process triggered by VO so it will be done after holidays.

all government workers were on public holiday both days. My cousin was at home and confirmed same. Anyway, ppr is from visa office outside canada for most. Mine will be Nairobi. Can you share your timeline again pls?

Now it looks like this. Progress bar reached its goal, but no status message any more. Weird ... I was really looking forward to the countdown. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, -1, -2 ......I now indeed got that progress bar this is how it looks. As expected, completely useless.
Guys, I am an inland applicant Got my CSQ on Oct-2017 and applied to PR on Mar-2018.
I have my Medicals approved on November 2018.
I already received the pre arrival services email as well.
So far, my application shows it will be finished by Nov-19.
I am not sure if bill 9 applies to me or not.
Can anyone confirm if bill 9 applies to my case or not?

After showing 4 days left now my gckey progress bar showing the same ,my one is 23 Aug 2017 and estimated completion date 23 April 2019 .No msg no email,still in progress
Oh..ya i can see it from GC Key page now. Probably, just wait for their system completely reflect in all applicants profile.
