I think that ECAS status is auto-update based on the application's current stage and other factors. PPR is a manual process triggered by VO so it will be done after holidays.Then how you got decision made ?

Give it a month maxHello everyone, on ecas my application status got updated from in process to decision made but I haven't received ppr. Fews days left in 20months timeline.
they don’t all government workers were on public holiday both days. My cousin was at home and confirmed same. Anyway, ppr is from visa office outside canada for most. Mine will be Nairobi. Can you share your timeline again pls?They work on public holidays it’s public holidays from Friday to Monday ( today )

Now it looks like this. Progress bar reached its goal, but no status message any more. Weird ... I was really looking forward to the countdown. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, -1, -2 ......I now indeed got that progress bar this is how it looks. As expected, completely useless.

Bill 9 doesn't apply to you.Guys, I am an inland applicant Got my CSQ on Oct-2017 and applied to PR on Mar-2018.
I have my Medicals approved on November 2018.
I already received the pre arrival services email as well.
So far, my application shows it will be finished by Nov-19.
I am not sure if bill 9 applies to me or not.
Can anyone confirm if bill 9 applies to my case or not?
