Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Among those that have applied fairly recently inland, have you been asked for biometrics. on CIC website they say until 2019 they will not ask but now we are in 2019. I was thinking of doing the permit at the border but the one I want to do at does not have capability to take biometrics according to their website (They have a list of port of entries that also do biometrics).

Studied at:1 year in fanshawe completed in 8 months
And second program from douglas college new westminister
Applied from B.C
