This is the last paragraph:
I have reviewed the application. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country. The applicant's purpose of visit appears vague and poorly documented. applicant's immigration status their country of residence appears to be temporary, which may reduce their ties to that country. Weighing the factors in this application. I not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.
Based on the GCMS notes, the visa officer noted that:
1. Do you have family in Canada? + You have economic motives to remain in Canada (Read: Work illegally)
2. Your ties to the US (your current country of residence) are temporary.... and obviously, you may not have reasons to return to the US after your Canada visit.
3. You have only recently moved to the US as a student. So, you have not established your study/residence ties in the US + you could possibly abandon your US studies just like you did for your Canadian study program.
4. Your purpose of visit to Canada is not well-defined + you have not provided any compelling evidence of why you *must* visit Canada.
5. In short: Your TRV refusals have nothing to do with the Saudi government ordering students to leave.... but your TRV refusals were due to the lack of convincing paperwork and your intentions to visit.
I applied GCMS for the refusal number 4 which was for three reasons:
1- immigrant status
2- family ties
3- purpose of visit
I reapplied after so I resolved two reasons but still have one reason for the refusal which was purpose of visit.
How can I solve my purpose of visit, if I can contact with you by email I will be thankful.
1. Your frequency of applying i.e. five times since September/October 2018 make it seem like you are super desperate to visit. What is your real reason to visit? It cannot be for tourism as you were previously a student that had plenty of opportunities to go sightseeing.
2. Your frequent changing of lawyers/representatives.... possibly not declaring that you had successive TRV refusals.... unfortunately, makes your applications to look dodgy and questionable
