We have the same AOR and same MEP. I am yet to receive BIL. Our background check also says the same thing. Thanks for the update. I will also update anything in here.

I called IRCC yesterday to ask why I haven't yet received BIL and also eligibility progress. The lady told me that everything is in order and they will request BIL when they need, no need to worry. Furthermore, she said the only thing passed in eligibility is medical and everything else is in progress and is managed by CIO Sydney at the moment.

Can i also call them to check my VO? I also got my MEP this morning but no BIL yet. Or should i just wait? :)

If you could wait, it would be better. Knowing your VO at this stage will not benefit you. In fact, I have a strong feeling it is at CIO Sydney.

I somehow cannot take the thought of PPR (then migrating to Canada) out of my mind so time goes very slow. This created impatience and I had to call IRCC to sort of hear from them that everything is fine. Also, it seems I am the only one from my country applying for this, at least the only one on this forum, so there's some uncertainty of what to expect and whether the documents I submitted are acceptable to IRCC.

I have traveled extensively so travel history can be ruled out. I believe that I documented everything very well literally making it idiot proof, so once a person reads it he gets a complete understanding of my document, I attached separate cover letter for POF, Blood Relative, Education, Work Experience plus additional letter explaining each and everything thing in the documents attached. Besides I waited for a year to complete 3 years in my existing company because I didn't want to document additional experience letter creating more confusion to the reviewer.

BTW This is my timeline

Residence - Pune, India
ITA-19th December, 2018 - Cut-Off 439 had 461 points
AOR - 06th February, 2019
Biometrics - 23rd March, 2019
PPR or CoPR(CPC-Ottawa) - 16th April, 2019
Submitted my Passport and Photo today.

I would agree with you and i was really thinking that an organized application would make the officers's job easier and not just that but encourage them that this is the guy we need "of course if things are fine". Crossing my fingers as i made my documents look like a Ph.D these o_O

Best of luck to All

I haven’t received BIL yet. AOR 27th Feb. Yes, FSW-O.

I think they might just go ahead with eligibility check first, then once cleared, they will process my background check which they would need my bio. I guess.

Congratsssss... You are CEC inland, interesting...! would be very helpful if you shed some light on why do you think your PR processing was fast? Small traveling History, or one or two experiences were mentioned only, Or a very excellent documentation of your application. Just to help others to predict. Thank you

It is hard to fully answer your question because I am obviously just an applicant but not a case processing officer .
Personally, timeline really depends on your application because I saw many CEC applicants took a long period of time to get PPR. I did a lot research and keep my eyes carefully on CEC stream when awaiting for PPR.

All things considered, the more simple your background is, the faster you will get your application approved.

Back to my story, I didn’t travel anywhere before coming to Canada as an international student. My passport is almost plain and new as it is just issued. All my life for the past 10 years were just school, school and school and recently a full one year work experience. So “ No travel records, No criminal , No security check “. Quite simple for my case.

Hope this can help you out.

Very wonderful and straight to the point. These are major reasons made it very clear. I wish you and the others all the best.

Can anyone plz help? In case of having dual intent LMIA, is it beneficial to take work permit also or we can simply go with 50 points to support the PR application ? Are work permit and PR applications with same UCI interrelated or are these processed separately ?

Hi all, I am new here. It's great to see many Feb applicant receiving golden mails already. My AOR is 8 Feb. All Med and Biometrics are done. My application status is like IP2 (background check is in progress from the start, I guess it is applicable to those who have applied recently). I am wondering if, at this stage, the applications submitted from the beginning of Feb already passed R10 or not? Anyone can shed some lights here?
Btw, is there any of you applying from Australia?
