Hi there,

We got married in May/18 and applied in Aug/18. Our file was transferred in Dec to Rabat. We received Aor2 in Jan from the Rabat office. We have heard nothing since that time. I did go see him back in Dec as well as I just returned a few days ago from visiting him. I did forward a copy of my trips to the office. Maybe they won't ask for additional information now. It's just very frustrating how other visa offices like New Delhi, Hong Kong, London and Turkey are making decisions in 8 months but lucky us Rabat seems to make everyone wait a full year. Seems pretty cruel especially when I have heard of two couples on here that have a new baby! That's so wrong making them wait. That's precious time bonding with your newborn child. :confused: I just don't get it you know.

Who told you London makes decision within 8 months....many of us are complaining. They did not even read my file when I reached my 11 months!

I agree with you 100%,it's so ridiculous that Rabat is so slow to process applications,they never update ecas or send any kind of acknowledgement about our application,we have been waiting since February to hear something, because we had sent in additional documents for our messages and I was over there in march,so we sent in my flight information, because the wanted our messages etc,I'm just waiting and waiting to hear something,I've also seen where some applications in different visa offices are processed alot faster,I hope we all hear good news soon, thank you so much for the reply

CONGRATS! And thanks for all the dates and details. Very helpful. Quick question: did the ppr email state the ppr in it, or did it tell you to see gckey, and there was a message in there?
