After how many day you got the reply exactly ?

For me, I submitted the CSE 10th of April (Wednesday) and received response last night 16th of April (Tuesday); I am 8 hours ahead of Ottowa so it was afternoon for them.

I called cic this morning ! After I hang up I got the reply from them about my latest web form that I have uploaded.
So yeah I have received reply after 7 days

Hey, congrats! Could you please advise which number did you call? are you inside or outside of Canada?

Also would be interesting to hear if you think it was your call that helped to get the email reply or it's a coincidence.

just my 2 cents here

i didnt get a confirmation letter after submitting a webform last week..but didnt call or anything..just waited it out and have received a reply yesterday

so web form works, but confirmation is screwed up

if you are inside Canada call 1-888-242-2100
if outside call 1-888-576-8502

but try to use google hangouts and call the number as you are in Canada (in case you are actually outside)

They do not acknowledge, but they receive it. For example, I changed my address, no acknowledgement, but address is changed.

Hey how did you call them? I tried through hangout and could not connect with them. They said office is closed. Its Monday today.

I just got a reply saying that they have forwarded to the responsible office.

After talking to IRCC agent and asking about this issue, she informed me that they cannot confirm whether my CSE is actually sent or not. I got worried yesterday and sent a new CSE. I checked which CSE they are responding to and see it is the 10th of April CSE I sent. I hope they will see it is a duplicate.

What I think is, they stopped sending acknowledge emails. But they process the email request. That happened to me as well.
