Hello, I am a silent reader in this group from the beginning.

CIC asked me for my passport request and I am a little confused because my friends have an interview request but why they asked me for my passport. Does it mean I don't have to face interview?

My Criminality = passed, Eligibility = passed, security = not started, VO= edmonton, stream = cec, when do you think Security screening will be completed.??? how much timeframe does it take for security ?

Yes, completely normal if you are inland. I understand your interview will be at Etobicoke Office but was Etobicoke your main VO?
