Hello,

I just received MEP but no BIL. 27TH FEBRUARY AOR. Family of 3. Our UCIs have changed to just numeric.

I know for some applicants BIL takes time but was hoping we would not be among them :(. Anyways, no harm waiting further. Critical one was medical.
Guys,

Just quick update.

I just received a ghost update but still no BIL.

Read on some forum that once background check starts it will change from "we are processing your back ground check " to "your back ground check is being processed " . Has anyone in this group noticed such a change? Not sure how true this is btw.

I have heard that the 1st stage is your "background check is in progress" and the second stage is " we are processing your background check ".

Yea, only two states:
- background check is in progress
- THEN; We are processing your background check.
If lucky, PPR to be followed...

In my case "we are processing your background check " since medical passed along with "we are reviewing your eligibility ". AOR FEBRUARY 10 and medical passed 28th March but no BIL yet. Should I assume that I have passed R10?
