I just applied for OINP. But not got PNP yet. Do all conditions is applied from now

Assessment march 28th.
Document request April 2nd. Sent in what they asked for on April 3rd. Changed to decision in progress on April 5th. Now patiently waiting

It normally takes around 2 weeks to get approved. Mine took exactly 2 weeks to get approved from DIP. So be patient.

i have a situation, when i was student in hospitality managment i was offered part time job as steward, after two months i got promoted to line cook, since then i was part time line cook but when i finished my study and become a full time worker my employer convert that job into full time line cook, now its going to be a year in next month working as a full time line cook on Post graduation work permit. i wanted to apply for oinp when i asked my employer to give me job offer he gave me the old job contract which i signed as a steward, he said he cannot change this but he would give a employment letter in which he would state my job duties my wage and my current job title (Cook), my work history and job changes ( from steward to cook) would it be a problem if i submit that with my oinp application or Would that letter support my application and the changes that had been made in a job? will Oinp consider my application? kindly reply

Hello Guys ,
I submitted OINP with international student with job offer
Submitted: 28 March
Assessment: 1st May
Awaiting information: 4th May

My question is they gave deadline to my employer till 18th May to submit these all documents and they did not submit yet and asking for 2 week extension, So OINP will approve extension or refuse application directly?
how long it take to approve extenasion?

Please share your ideas and experience will help me out.
