Hello I got an email in my Cic account asking me to declare any change in circumstances and instructing me to submit passport with some instructions and a annex in the end.

Is it ppr?? As far as I know or usually comes in email not in mycic account please comment

yes, it is ppr..sometimes people get it as a message in their account..not via email...anyway, congrats! just follow the steps in the message
