My doctor at my university gave me a mouth guard but it didn't solve the situation since I encountered problems in swallowing and chewing food. I had to check with my orthodontist in my home country who knew about this problem. He tried all solutions to treat it until he figured out that I need surgery to treat this Bruxism (teath grinding). I have the medical report where he explains that I need a medical leave which was accepted by Queen's University Grad school. I don't have a report which shows that I made a surgery for my Bruxism, you think it is better to contact my doctor to get a report which shows the dates of the surgery I did ? Note that my medical leave was from May 1 2018 to august 31 2018, I did two surgeries, one in June and one in July. Thank you for your encouraging and wise message. I really appreciate it.
