I didn't call anymore because they already sent us an email asking for my husband's return envelope. We just paid for the shipping label and his passport will be received after 1-3 days since we opted for 'priority'. Thank you!

Same here. I am really worried right now. Mine was approved on April 3rd and still no return tracker activated yet

My timeline :
Ppr April 2nd
Passport sent on April 2nd
Passport recieved on April 3rd
Application approved on April 9
Currently waiting for the return copr, but I forgot to write the tracking number
I hope I get an appointment or I will be able to get one... crossing the US border really scare me and it is 6 hours drive.
All of my friends had to send passport in Ottawa and they got an email right away for an appointment... I did not yet so I am stressed. I know we can call them but I heard it is long...

You have the exactly case as mine. Please update when your tracker activated. I have a flight next Tuesday. I am afraid that the passport will not be returned before I go.
Just called both the visa office and Canada post
according to the visa office, they put the passport in the delivery bin on Monday
According to Canada post, it will take 2 business days from the time they put it on the bin for tracker update.
After the tracker update, it will take 1 business day to receive the passport
Expecting the passport by this Friday

Wish you have the passport before the flight. Yeah I hope the passport will be delivered as schedule. You just called the visa office? So like they said your passport had been dispatched or something like that?
Canada post did not scanned my package once CiC posted in Ottawa, so my tracking was not activated. 2 days later there was an update saying passports have arrived in Winnipeg! Than I’ve received them the day after.
