Do you have any attachment or just mail?

It is a letter sent through mail requesting submission of passport and photos to nearest VFS. A copy of this letter has to be submitted as well.

Congrats. Do you mind share the exact comments from your GCMS notes? Was it ever mentioned "Client did not provide job duties, FSW Not Met for refusal" ?

The exact statement was "PA has no declared duties in primary NOC" (NOC 2121). This is because I only submitted the leaving letter from the HR department during the application. I soon after sent the reference letter from my research supervisor, highlighting portions of the letter matching the NOC description via CSE.

Got PPR on 8th April. Here is my timeline:

IP1/MEP - 8th June 2018
Re Medicals requested on 28th Mar 2019
Medical done 29th March 2019
PPR - 8th April 2019

No ghost updates, direct PPR mail.

Hi, congrats!! Could you please let me know whether ur medical expiry date is extended? What is the validity? Since ur AOR is May 2018, i assume ur present meds will be valid till may 2019?

My COPR, APPLICATION DETAILS says category is "SW1", but my PR Visa says "IM-1 IMMIGRANT". Is that right?

Hi guys heard from them today .. was refused due to funds ... they stated that based on investments they dnt think funds will be readily available...in light of this im going to liquidate the investments and try again ... any suggestions?

Thanks but my question is can I ask them for reconsideration? As I’m going go liquidate investments tomorrow and collect new statements. Is it possible ? Can I submit new statements and ask for reconsideration?

Fixed deposits with surrender values amounting to more than required amount

FSWO ... investments ...

I feel you still stand a chance if you can liquidate the funds immediately and send the evidence to them.In a way it will show that they erred in determining that your funds can't be readily available when needed.And you might be reconsidered
