honestly, this is very painful to know that a file has been rejected after 10 monthsHello guys
Today i got to know that my file is Refused

I didnt able to understand the reason why my file is rejected.

And now real advice.... get r notes out... read them and see what happened... if its any document .. rectify and start again and i am sure u will be thru

I am June 23 AOR CEC Inland.

Btw, they have already received the police certificate requested.
Why does it say appears met but still RR for CEC job experience and only 434/474 points verified?
I've sent an updated letter re-confirming duties from employers as well, even if it doesn't say that what missing on the notes.
What do I do now? This is crazy

Anyways, it seems that your first LOE was review required, Good thing you updated them with LOE. It seems they haven't checked it yet.

I had all correct duties listed in the work agreements with my 2 employers.
Seems kinda weird that they dont wanna read past the 1st page. Cant believe its not been touched since august..
The embedded pictures are the most recent - my first set has s.16 redacted.. I got both feb 7 and feb 28 gcms notes today. maybe this means someone is finally looking at my case.
I was requested for ADR on 25 Oct. After uploading a few days later, it changed to NA and then been silent. I called CIC two days ago and the agent told me that they will send an email to my VO reminding them to look at my file. I got the email from my VO today confirming that my SS is still ongoing up to today. But, when I checked my account just now, I found that the ADR changed from NA back to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided". Don't know what that means. Does it mean that they did not check the ADR that I have uploaded until today? Can anyone advise? thanks a lot in advance. @Prashant86_2000 , @Mr_nobody

Pal, frankly the most obvious fight at the moment is not if your application is in SS or RR...we all are waiting for folks at CIC to pick up our files and start working. Even my file was last touched on Oct 25 and then nothing until yesterday. Now that something is moving. I feel it is positive.
With the looks of it it feels your inference is correct, an agent would have received and reviewed your earlier submission and marked it as NA. An officer might be reviewing your file and additional document.
Thanks Prashant. As per the last Notes, my Eligibility is passed. I assumed they are satisfied with my ADR, but now it changed back to We are reviewing... which makes me confused. But, thanks anyway, seems like we are in the similar pace.
