Does the primary location of the Sponsor affect the timeline of the Spousal Application ?

i guess it depends on the visa officer that handles your application

according to the spreadsheet there are two users who have received AOR after 11 days. @Sam

btw I used the 12-2018 checklist and didn't know there was a new version till I saw your comments here..

Do you think it'll be an issue? I hope not.. especially when there is no big difference between the two versions, I guess..
Any educated answer will be very appreciated here.

8 actually..
I think the afflicted citizenship I hold played a role in that quick aor...probably.

I come from a country which had over 1000000 killed/missing human beings in the past 7 years. in addition to over 10 million displaced.
that might have been in consideration when they opened the app..
that's just an opinion based on my app and another similar one I saw in the tracker.

oh yes that's right. It could possibly well be the reason.

Hi all quick question, when trying to log into ECAS and GCKEY is it the PA the sponsor, or can both have a log in?

Also on ECAS it says to put family name, is that just the PA last name or is it also the first name?

I answered my own question about logging into ECAS, and just so happens I was able to log in:

Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 7, 2019.

So we are officially in process, hoping to get AOR soon and SA!!

App sent on March 2nd and received on March 7th. PA is from Nicaragua.
