Hello. Could someone confirm what your delivery status showed after your application was delivered to the case processing centre by UPS? For me, it just shows delivered to Sydney, CA, and signed by "DAN".

Yeah I sent it with UPS, it arrived 2 days after I sent it out from Toronto.

This is what I got in the email:

Your package has been delivered.

Delivery Date: Friday 03/29/2019

Do not use Canada Post. Use a courier service. I read somewhere that you should not use Canada Post. Yes, you can pay online and a receipt will be sent to you via email. Also, after payment, when the final page appears on your browser, you can save a pdf copy of the receipt locally and even send a pdf to any email address you want.

And you are saying you would like to wait another month for Czship eligibility?

Yes, it has a wrong month. Technically, I shouldn't wait. Wanted to see if anyone else has that issue, and what docs they included in their application package for that issue..

It says NAME OF EMPLOYER and ADDRESS OF THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.

Correct, technically no need to wait. But it may come up during the interview, and the onus will be on you to prove it.
If the officer is not satisfied and the 1095 mark comes under scrutiny, then it might cause unnecessary delay

Be safe, apply a month late.
Even if the question comes up in interview, you would have already had accumulated buffer days to pass well of 1095.
