I see 451-600: 1,961 and 601-1,200 : 246, which means 1961 + 246 in pool range above 451, will there still be tie breaking rule as totaling these two :1961 + 246 = 2207 and Total Invitations: 3350

Where does other 1143 (3350 - (1961 + 246 = 2207)) invitations come from ?

I am at 451, and I created my profile last week only, so sort of worried about tie breaking rule.

Am not planning of submitting an application till middle of May as I have a PNP paper based application already in progress.

I would ideally want to wait till next month

You just have to submit everything after 60 days ~ you can first fill in some simple info or upload document first

Thank you, what I dont understand is how comecome pe with 451 are still in the pool before Jan 9,2019 tie breaker when there was draw in Jan 29,2019 for 438 as they would have got an ITA

People are telling my predictions negetive but they are rite. Without any ielts result CRS was 451 and reason for that are

1. Inland applicants adds there experience
2. Computer based IELTS
3. PNP
4. CELPIP Exam
5. There will be some new inland or Outland applicants with great ielts results.
6. ECA report. People were waiting but than they recived it so they get their points and apply.
7. Don’t forget PNP of Provence Edward island, Northwest territory ( processing time is 3 weeks once you recived invitation for PNP)
