In some countries, the mother will have full legal custody by default if the father is not mentioned on the birth cert. There would be no need to go to court to get full legal custody. I've been through this situation and didn't need a court order. However if the father is registered on birth cert then yes a court order is required.

As in my case we were married once.. His name is there on birth certificate.. Than the divorce happened.. And he disappeared. Not giving any maintainance of the kid as well. In this case the court can give me a custody doc which i already have, and furthermore they can give me a guardianship cert. so that i may not need his father anywhere in any legal matter regarding the child. Isnt that enough?
What custody document? You did not mention it before. You only mentioned the guardianship certificate, which IRCC does not accept.
I have said earlier that in my country the default custody of the male child is with the mother already, unless the father claims when the child is 7 years old. Before that it is already in mother's custody. So by court, a written documents can be obtained which says the child is in mother's custody. And other than this, a mother can apply for a guardianship cert. as well which gives her rights to take care of all the legal matters of the child without the presence of the father.
I am aware. However, this person already stated she was divorced from the father and has a guardianship certificate, so it is not the same as your situation.
Default custody is not the same thing as having actual custody documents from the court.
The discussion is kind of pointless right now, as you have not even determined if you qualify to come to Canada.
That's what I am asking. How do I qualify to come to Canada. I will get the custody document which is required. Now tell me please if there are any possibility for the cases like myself.

Hey guys. I have a quick question. I am planning to apply for express entry to canada. I am divorced and have a child with my ex husband. Right now, I want to apply for only my immogration, not the child’s. Kindly let me know if it is a doable thing if I submit my divorce papers. Would that be enough? And Would I still be questioned about the child?

You must list the child in your application even if the child is not coming to Canada with you. The child will have to take and pass a medical as part of your application process.
The child must be included. It is your choice if he is accompanying or not. IRC won't question why.
