From what I noticed on the request that I got, it states that Primary Office: CPC Mississauga. So hold on guys, CPC-M is gonna process the files as well for Outland Applicants.
But at the very bottom of the letter it was processed by NDVO. Now I feel sorry for Visa Officers as I have been cursing them since the beginning that they are lazy. Or it could be just my Wife's Luck.
What does NDVO stand for?

Hello Everyone,

I received a document request from CPC-M last Tuesday requesting my wife's birthday clarification.
We have submitted LOE as well.
in that letter, they mentioned that it is the final request and no further requests will be sent and highlighted. My question is that are there any chances of transferring my File to NDVO visa office? Also, my background check is in the process from Mar 28.

File Received - Dec 17 and Transferred to Mississauga - March 1, 2019.

I don’t think there’s a defined next step, as every application is different and processed differently.. but you could either get a MR soon or transferred to a VO if you’ve already recieved SA.

A note for people with similar situation: About 1 year ago, I put a question in this forum about if I have any chances to sponsor my wife if I don't meet the RO. Many people including Scylla, Leo, etc severely advised me against applying for my wife sponsorship as they claimed if the RO is not met, not only the application will be rejected, but also my own PR will be revoked! I am here to tell you all guys with a similar situation that I could sponsor my wife without even the slightest problem. My wife is landing in a few days. Now, maybe these guys say: oh you were lucky; I have to say no I wasn't lucky; many people could sponsor their spouse only if the could prove they have intention to stay and live in Canada by showing income or Employment letter. You may also say: Oh, you didn't clarify your situation well enough, then I say I asked this situation many times to an extent that some people reacted harshly. It didn't even take that long time! Only 7 months which is normal. Now, the point is if I had listened to what these guys claimed in this forum, I would have ruined all my life. Please if you don't have enough knowledge about any issue, please don't try to ruin people's lives by giving wrong advice. It is funny that everyone in this forum ( or at least the admins) suggested not to apply, but I did and now I am happy that I didn't listen to you...
