Now here is another twist. Mine first marriage took 5 months for sponsor approval and now 4 months in Lvo. Contrary my brother in law feb 19 applicant second marriage for both husband and wife had SA and medical just in one month

That’s why I am saying that the total time that they need to finalise an application is dependent on the complexity of the case. Specially at LVO.

In other immigration programs one has to submit pile of paperwork. But in spouse sponsorship not much paper work is involved. Just marriage certificate, pix and some other papers. Mostly marriages r genieun in Pak. Still LvO take soo long to respond

Come on LVO,,,,,, even Feb 19 applications r going to LVO.

hi do we have to pay sponsorship fee and bio metric fee together? on the checklist it says:
Attach a single receipt with the sponsorship fee, the application fee, and the biometric fee for the principal applicant you are sponsoring and the
application fee and biometric fee for any other dependents on the application.

i guess this is new the biometric fee

I had paid the biometric fee after they had sent a email out letting me know this needs to be done for my wife it was few weeks after the sponsorship fee

It is almost two years!
After interview I got pre arrival letter and its more than a month! Still they’re fuking process the background checks! I cant understand what are they doing! We are not deserving this!

That is brutal honestly and I’ve seen some cases that happened within 8 months!! I don’t understand how much of background check is needed esp when everything is provided to them I hope yours work out soon InshAllah

Yes it means there are processing it. Mine has been going on since May 2018
