Yes, I have but still I am given expected completion date after 20 days. Let's see what it turns out to be.

No. 35 days counter starts when the documents are accepted and evaluation starts

My timeline so far -
Feb 25, 2019: Documents delivered by courier.
Feb 27, 2019: Documents received and in review
March 12, 2019: Documents in review.
(No update since then)

It’s been almost 3 weeks but WES is still reviewing my documents.

Update on March 29: Evaluation report is being reviewed and is due for completion on April 18

Hopefully WES will stick to this date.

Both of our documents were received on 07/02...

My documents were first received on feb 07... then twice the status was again changed... and then the docs were sent for verification.... and after that the status is still in progress...

My husband’s was not Masters so they did not go for verification....

My documents (Bachelors + Master from the Netherlands) were received on March 5, last update was on March 12. Documents are still in review, so today is day 19. I'm very much aware of the delays, but do you think I should contact them to ask whether there's anything missing?

I have contacted them plenty of times but everytime I get the same generic reply

If anything is missing, they’ll update the status as ‘on hold’ and inform you. You don’t have to contact them now.
