You got AOR oct-20 , Applied for BOWP on 23rd -oct and PGWP expires on Nov 3
That means you must-have got BOWP in just 11 days as if you don't than have; than After Nov 3 you are not allowed to stay in Canada.
But how come your BOWP approved period was Jan -11 '19 to Jan '20 , it must be from your date of expiry which was Nov 3.
Did you come back to your home country between Nov 3 to Jan 11.
If this than you may to ineligible for BOWP as it states You Must Be In Canada.
What you have done between November-3 to January-11? As it was a such a period where you don't have legal status to stay in Canada.
It's very confusing...
Lol. It’s called implied status. It means that I was able to continue working because I had already submitted my BOWP application before the expiration date. So throughout nov 3(PGWP expiration) and Jan 11(BOWP approval), I was on implied status.
However, I’ll advise you to apply when you have 4 or 3 months left on your PGWP, that will enable you to receive the decision on your BOWP application before your PGWP expires. Also, if you were to make a mistake on your application, and your BOWP supposedly gets rejected, you will still have enough time to apply again before the date of expiration on your PGWP. Moreover, you can’t leave the country on implied status else you’ll have to stop working when you return and wait for the processing of your BOWP.
Please note that the only reason I applied 11 days to expiry is because I completed my 1 year experience that same month(October), so I basically had no choice.
