So true. I was on hold for an agent for about 25 mins. Then when I got hold of him, he took my details and then I was placed on hold for another 5 mins. After that he gave me a vague response. He said all those stages (eligibility, criminality, security) have not yet started.

Going back to my original question, should I request the notes?

I have a question:

Reading this passage:

PPR - Passport request: IRCC sends "Ready for visa" e-mail asking you to submit your documents to your visa office so they can issue your CoPR and entry visa if applicable. A PPR is announced only by email, and there may be no changes made directly to the profile. If you are worried you might miss it, you can whitelist the email domain @cic.gc.ca to ensure the email comes straight to your inbox.

After I applied I realized that my original email at CIC was directing to an old email of a company that I used to work for, (long time ago when I applied for other COOP Visa...), then I updated my email on My Account Portal. I suppose that this should be ok? My status bar is still showing 12 weeks left and the messages related to IP2 and Eligibility Check. Any chance of having an issue and not getting PPR email?

Anyways I've ordered my Notes and according to the CIC website there is no modification on my application.
PPR doesn't show a notification/change in the online portal. You only have 30 days to respond to PPR. I suggest calling IRCC ASAP (see the instructions in my signature) to see if they've sent a PPR and make sure they have the right email for you.

Whenever I've spoken to a call center agent they have asked to verify my email address and phone number to make sure they are the most current. You can either make sure they've got the best email address by calling or raising a CSE. This is one instance where it might actually be easier to raise a CSE and have an email come back to your new, updated address as confirmation of the change!

Doesn't the CSE just ask for your email for that specific CSE? I assume they reply to that email. That doesn't necessarily ensure they would send PPR there too, right?

Thank you very much, but when they send the PPR the messages are still the same?

I mean, It continues to show " We are verifying Elegibility Requirements" and "We are processing your background check"?

I was basing myself on that, and in my current email registered in my CIC account.

Thank you! How can I raise a CSE?

I don't understand your question, but in the words of Barack Obama, "Let me be clear." From whatever status you had just prior to PPR, there is no visible change when you receive PPR. It's just an email.

Given your AOR and the fact you're inland, it's possible you could have received PPR already, and I highly suggest you contact IRCC to confirm the email PPR has been sent to and find out if it's been sent.

Thanks, I've called them and after a recording message says exactly the same that I see in My Account the message said that the queue was too big and asked me to call later.

Can you guys help me to understand how to raise a CSE? I think it is ok because the current email that I have in MyCIC account is the same that I've informed in my application.

I would like to send them an email. Is there any way to send an email?

You didn't read the link in my signature. You don't want to use the automated system. You want to talk to a person. Read the link I gave you.

You can raise a CSE if you like, but I really suggest you talk to a person in this case. But hey, it's just your future life; no biggie.

I've followed exactly the steps through family sponsorship tree and I've heard the message to call later.

That's OK sir, I appreciate your concerns and guidance. I've raised a CSE, I'm sure I will be ok, I'm inland here for three years and this is a fair country. My parents are already Canadian Citizens, unfortunately they could not sponsor me because I'm little too old for this.

MyCIC account is up to date and like the majority of the applicants from December I just need to wait patiently and follow my taks and duties in my job and reduce the freak-out time.

Thanks anyways :)

When you get the "call later" message you can just call back a few times. Using the family sponsorship route saves you from having to input/verify all your application details and wait for it to finish reading the information to you. After a few tries, you will get into the queue which is about 30 minutes usually.

If you don't care about the phone route anymore, that's fine. Just wanted to let you know.

Thanks again, I'm in the queue to speak to an agent. Let's see it is good to double-check. Much Appreciated. I'll ask also about Criminality and Security hopefully will speak with a nice person.

Double-Checked, everything on going, email is up to date, no PPR sent, and both BG Check In progress (Criminality and Security)... Just sit and wait... Nice Agent though, very polite.

Great. Glad you ironed out the email and now have confidence PPR will go to the right place.
